Write emails, summarise documents and draft customer replies with ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. Facts are checked before anything is sent.
Showing up in AI answers
How Google and AI assistants recognise your business: the business profile, structured data and pages that answer customer questions.
Automation without code
Repeated work such as copying form data, sending reminders and compiling reports is handed to tools that need no code.
Excel for the office
Formulas, pivot tables and the reports offices use most. Follow-up practice on academy.sasateguh.com, a platform I built myself.
How a workshop runs
Audience, format and price
For owners of micro, small and medium businesses and their office teams. No technical background is needed.
Sessions run in person in Perak, or online for teams in other states. Participants try each step during the session, on their own work.
Length is agreed together based on the topics and group size. Pricing is by quote after a 20-minute call.
